After Delgaudio was censured for abusing his position on the Board and ignoring the constituents of Sterling, the Board enacted an Ethics Ordinance to “hold more county government representatives criminally responsible for misusing county assets. Only Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio (R-Sterling), the subject of the grand jury probe that originally identified the need for the legislation, voted against it.”
